Trent is a native of Upstate SC. He spent many years, before becoming a
licensed agent, learning real estate investing and 1031 exchanges. He
worked for an Investment firm for several years buying, selling, and
exchanging real estate all across the Southeast. After leaving the
Investment firm, Trent branched out and personally began flipping houses
all around the Upstate. Bringing new life to older homes in good areas
is what fulfills his spirit.

Now, after being an agent and continuing to buy and sell property for
the last few years, Trent has acquired the Coldwell Banker office in
Anderson, SC. This office has been the home of Coldwell Banker Hugh
Durham & Associates for over 35 years and was the 1st Coldwell
Banker franchise in SC.

In 2020, the company rebranded and became Coldwell Banker Exclusive
Realty & Management. Trent leads a team of over 20 agents and is
growing each month. He has a vision to grow the footprint and brand of
Coldwell Banker Exclusive Realty & Management all across the state
of SC.
